Anne of Green Gables anime game now available in Japan

A piece of news that many anime fans are going to celebrate. The unforgettable Anne of Green Gables series, which many of us grew up with, is expanding the availability of its game. It is called Oh my Anne and introduces us to the world of this anime known in Japan as Akage no An, which premiered in 1979.

It is already available in Japan on both iOS and Android distributed by Neowiz, which confirms that in the previous countries where it has been released it must have had a good reception. As in other types of adaptations, including anime games such as Sailor Moon, Oh my Anne is a match-3 puzzle game where we overcome levels and complete missions. One of the objectives, in addition to advancing stage after stage, is to get items with which to decorate the protagonist’s house.

In this way, you will have to take care of personalizing her house and taking care of her garden while enjoying the classic anime story. At the same time, you will also have the opportunity to get items with which to customize the protagonist’s appearance, such as pretty dresses.

To celebrate the launch, the Treehouse in the Forest event is running until March 26, where you can get 33 home customization items that will only be available during this event. Special packs will also be released with exclusive clothing and pets that you can get to further personalize your game experience.

For now, the game is available in the United States, Korea, and Japan, but it is hoped that the popularity of the anime in Europe will help it to be released on the continent as well.
