If you like Kimetsu no Yaiba, you’re probably aware that among its spin-offs, there’s a highly popular spin-off series titled Kimetsu Academy. Its characters swap the medieval setting for a modern one, and they’re also in school, resulting in a significant change in style.

Now, Shueisha and Storia have launched a mobile app in Japan called Kimetsu Academy: Math Class, aimed at providing younger users with a tool to improve their math proficiency. As in many other countries, math is one of the most difficult subjects for Japanese children, and most often require private tutoring at academies to reinforce their skills. With the launch of this app, Kimetsu Academy aims to offer its support.

The app is aimed at elementary school students and helps students not only improve their math problem-solving skills but also develop healthy study habits. It has several levels, which will help students adapt their use of the app depending on their current knowledge. It also has special features, such as a concentration system based on the Pomodoro Technique.

Children who download the app will find different sections, such as Lesson Mode and Training Mode. In the former, characters from Kimetsu no Yaiba teach lessons and different methods. Training Mode includes all kinds of exercises and rewards for achieving good results. There is also a Ranking Mode and an Exam section where users compete with children from across the country to test their skills.
