Lemonpepper Games has announced that Kitchen Sync: Aloha! will officially launch on April 7th of this year 2025. To get you excited, the developer has released a new trailer and has also announced that the playable demo is now available on Steam.
Although it might seem like a simple cooking game, Kitchen Sync: Aloha! actually goes much further. As Matt Slemon mentions, it is a cooking adventure in which we will develop relationships between different characters, embrace the spirit of local food and celebrate teamwork. In addition, of course, we will have a great objective: to become the head chef of the family restaurant where we work. In the process, we will make all kinds of friends, discover the benefits of Hawaiian food and live an adventure full of fun moments.
The game begins by choosing a character: one of the siblings Kai or Kala. The objective they have is the same: to make the glory that their family’s restaurant once experienced shine again. To do this, they will have to recruit all kinds of chefs, whose special skills will help them succeed in all kinds of kitchens. The game is very cozy, but it also has a solid challenge component and a story that seems to hit hard from the beginning. After all, it seems that, in the end, the protagonist will not only fight for his restaurant, but also for the other establishments on the island.
To make the experience fun, it combines elements of RPG, kitchen management games and visual novels. During the game we can customize the kitchen, interact with other characters and level up the chefs. A touch of romance has even been added between the characters. In addition, it is not all about cooking, as there is also hiking and fishing. And, since not all players enjoy it in the same way, several difficulty levels are included that allow you to adjust the game experience.
When it goes on sale, you will discover that Kitchen Sync: Aloha! includes more than 30 different kitchens, an interesting story and good character development. It also has minigames and three different difficulty levels.
